Every Hemp Horizon piece is handmade with care.
Please allow approximately 7–14 working days for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch.
As we work in small batches and use specialist natural fabrics, occasionally an order may take a little longer. If a significant unexpected delay occurs, we will do our best to contact you.
Please remember that our 7–14 working day production time is separate from delivery time.

Once your order has been handmade, prepared and dispatched, delivery times will depend on your destination and the postal or courier service used.
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

If your order is for a birthday, holiday, wedding, gift or another special occasion and you need it by a particular date, please contact us before placing your order.
