Shipping policy
Production & Dispatch Times
Every Hemp Horizon order is carefully packed by hand in West Sussex.
- In-stock flannels, soap and shower puffs: dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Made-to-order items: please allow approximately 7–14 working days for production and dispatch. This includes flannels, soap and shower puffs that are not already in stock.
Occasionally, production may take a little longer. If a significant unexpected delay occurs, we will do our best to contact you.
Production and dispatch times are separate from delivery time. The delivery estimates below begin once your order has been dispatched.
UK Shipping
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United Kingdom:
- Standard shipping: estimated 3–10 working days after dispatch.
- Free standard shipping: on all UK orders over £75.
European Shipping
We ship to a range of European countries. Shipping times and rates vary by destination:
- Standard international shipping: estimated 7–10 working days after dispatch.
- Free shipping: on European orders over £90.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs processing may cause additional delays.
Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped to European countries, customs duties and import taxes may be applied by your local authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
