Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hemp Horizon. By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy and Delivery information.

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Our Products

Hemp Horizon is an independent sustainable clothing and lifestyle brand specialising in natural fibres, including hemp.

Many of our garments and textile products are handmade, individually cut and sewn, or produced in small batches.

Because of the nature of natural fabrics and handmade production, slight variations in colour, weave, texture, measurements and finish may occur between individual pieces.

These small variations are part of the character of handmade and natural-fibre products and are not normally considered defects.

Naturally plant-dyed and individually dyed garments may also have variations in shade and colour placement.

2. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colours and prices displayed on our website are accurate.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device and display settings.

Measurements for handmade garments may also have small tolerances due to the nature of cutting, sewing and natural fabrics.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors in product descriptions, availability or pricing.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the store or market you are shopping from.

Applicable taxes will be displayed or included as required.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

Available payment methods will be shown during checkout.

If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

4. Handmade & Made-to-Order Products

Many Hemp Horizon products are handmade or made after an order has been placed.

Our normal production time is approximately 7–14 working days before dispatch, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.

Occasionally, specialist natural fabrics, particular colours or components may need to be sourced specifically for an order. This can result in a longer production time.

If a significant unexpected delay occurs, we will endeavour to contact you.

Production times and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we have specifically agreed a date with you in writing.

5. Orders Required for a Specific Date

If you require an order for a birthday, wedding, holiday, gift or another specific occasion, please contact us before placing your order.

We will let you know whether we believe we can meet your required date.

Unless Hemp Horizon has specifically confirmed a delivery deadline in writing, production and delivery times shown on our website are estimates and should not be treated as a guaranteed arrival date.

6. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you should receive an electronic confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• an item or required fabric is unavailable;

• an incorrect price has been displayed;

• payment has not been successfully authorised;

• we are unable to fulfil a requested customisation;

• there is an error in the product information; or

• we reasonably believe an order has been placed fraudulently.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Delivery

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and may vary according to destination, carrier, customs procedures and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Our handmade production time is separate from the time required for delivery after dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where a tracked service is available.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other local charges where applicable.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Eligible standard products may be returned in accordance with that policy.

Products that have been genuinely personalised or customised specifically to your requirements — including garments altered or made to individual measurements — may not normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

We take great care when making, checking and packing Hemp Horizon products.

If you receive an item that you believe is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order information and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.

We will assess the problem and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

10. Natural & Plant-Dyed Products

Natural fabrics and plant dyes can behave differently from synthetic or chemically standardised materials.

Small differences in colour, texture, weave and appearance can occur.

Plant-dyed garments may develop or soften in colour naturally over time, particularly through washing, exposure to sunlight and normal wear.

Please follow the care instructions supplied with the product or shown on the relevant product page.

Damage caused by failing to follow reasonable care or washing instructions is not considered a manufacturing fault.

11. Intellectual Property

The Hemp Horizon name, branding, original garment designs, product designs, photographs, graphics, written content and other original creative material appearing on this website are the property of Hemp Horizon.

These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published or used for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of Hemp Horizon, except where permitted by law.
